My name is Sovanna Beekman. I have a few passions and crafting happens to be one of my favorites.
My life is happy and full of fun.
I have an amazing husband, Scott. Together since we were teenagers. Yes, high school sweethearts. We are blessed not only with each other and the life we have created but with a beautiful daughter. I love my family of 3! Plus a couple of fur babies.
I have a whole tribe of awesome friends near and far, but always close in my heart.
The name Sonny May comes from two very special people in my life.
Sonny is my dads nickname. Given to him as a young boy by his mom. He was the only boy of 5 kids. My dad was a hard ass all my life but he has made me who I am today.
Thank you Dad.
May is my moms middle name. My mom has faced many life challenges since a little girl but she has a heart of gold.
I am so proud of you Mom.
My day is spent working as a Legal Assistant, Diversion Coordinator and Director of Human Services.
I love mentoring juveniles and adults in the right direction to make positive decisions.
My hope is that I can whip up creations everyone will love!
